Mobile Event Manager

Princeton Group, Inc. is a provider of sports hospitality events including professional golf majors, Kentucky Derby, Super Bowl, and Ryder Cup. Event attendees now have the ability to instantly review their accommodation details, scheduled activities, ticket info as well as other event related information.

Information can be modified on-the-fly so that the customer has the most current data available while they are attending the event.

The implementation included:

  • Custom logins for each user.
  • Back-end management of users and multiple event info.
  • Dynamic data synchronization from an existing Windows based CRM system.
  • Pre-add future events.
  • Location based shopping, recreation and dining options.
  • Fully responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile.
