Princeton Group, Inc. is a provider of sports hospitality events including professional golf majors, Kentucky Derby, Super Bowl, and Ryder Cup. Event attendees now have the ability to instantly review their accommodation details, scheduled activities, ticket info as well as other event related information.
Information can be modified on-the-fly so that the customer has the most current data available while they are attending the event.
The implementation included:
- Architected a real-time event management platform for high-profile sporting events (Super Bowl, Ryder Cup), providing hundreds of VIP attendees with instant access to itinerary and ticketing data.
- Engineered a custom synchronization engine to bridge a legacy Windows-based CRM with a modern web interface, enabling “on-the-fly” data updates and ensuring 100% information accuracy during live events.
- Developed a secure, multi-tenant authentication system with personalized user portals for managing complex accommodation and hospitality logistics.
- Built an administrative dashboard for backend management of concurrent global events, featuring future-event scheduling and location-based discovery services for dining and recreation.
