For a case, one of the largest law firms in Colorado needed a way to manage over 650,000 documents. The primary goal was to identify which documents were duplicates.
I built a system that would:
- Convert all documents into a readable/searchable format such as .PDF, .html or .txt
- Identify which documents might be considered identical and gives the user an easy way to compare the documents.
- Created a front-end that allows the user to search all documents, tag any document as “viewed”, view any document and download any document.
- Allow for each user to comment on a specific document
